    I spent a 2 hour rewilding session with Ellie, it was wonderfully grounding and I left feeling peaceful and lighter in myself. Without knowing too much about the various practises she reassuringly guided me through reiki, crystals and ended with a sound bath. Even my deceased Scottish aunt popped into the room to say hi which was hilarious.

    Ellie’s confidence and light hearted manner made me feel so relaxed and had a few giggles along the way. I can’t recommend her enough, great of you fancy a nurturing re-boot this winter ☺️☺️

    When I went to see Ellie I felt quite anxious as life has been busy and stressful. She instantly made me feel relaxed and like I was in the right place. She was very welcoming, she gave me tea and her space was a super nice place to be.

    The class was amazing, I went really deep in comfortable place during the sound bath and afterwards I felt like a completely different person to who I was when I walked in.

    She also did some reiki on me and this relieved extra tension I was holding in my back and I instantly felt the difference. I will be coming back regularly for sure.     Ellie was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. I felt I was in very competent hands, she made sure I understood the process and I really loved that she talked me through the whole process, as I didn't have previous experience with Reiki. She made me feel safe and relaxed. I find it difficult to relax and empty my mind so I am grateful that Ellie could help me do that.

    Afterwards I felt content in myself in my body, felt I was finally able to release some tension and felt better in myself.
