A Journey Back to ourselves

For a while, I drifted. Maybe you have too?

It can happen with a big life change, a lack of purpose, becoming a parent, navigating your relationships, losing a sense of self that feels like you’ve forgotten who you are - and what lights you up.

For me, it was repeatedly moving excess energy (of which I have an abundance of) into easy dopamine hits until I burnt out. My acting career which I’d geared my whole life towards was tearing through my self esteem and I was bored of working in hospitality. The late nights that turn into early mornings. The parties that blur together. The cocktails, the comedowns, the "never again" that you somehow always forget. It’s fun - until it’s not. Until the hangovers aren’t just physical anymore. Until you wake up and don’t quite recognise yourself, and you realise that no one in your life now even knew the version of yourself that you lost, that you still kid to yourself you are.

That was me. A London girl #livingmybestlife and I was all in. And then, at some point, I wasn’t.

Because deep down, I knew I was looking for something. Connection, meaning, a way to feel alive that didn’t leave me depleted. I was always the crystal girlie but back then, I paid more attention to what was in my glass than what was in my palm. And I can tell you, I know which one serves me better now.

Rewilding People exists because I know what it’s like to lose yourself for a while — and I know how to find your way back. It’s not about guilt or shame. It’s about remembering who you are underneath it all. Before the habits, before the expectations, before the world told you who to be.

Rewilding People is about returning to who you were always meant to be. It’s about remembering your power, your uniqueness, your wholeness. It’s about healing, shedding the old layers, and stepping into a life that feels aligned, free, and deeply true to you — because your one precious life is important. A life lived with purpose and fulfilling your own potential is worth the fight.

This is the work I do. And if you feel the call, I would love to walk this journey with you.
