Re: wILD SIDE, LET’S TAKE A WALK
My name is Ellie, and I know what it feels like to be on — switched on, logged on, running on fumes, pushing through, chasing the next thing. I also know what it feels like to pause, reset, and return to myself… And I know which one leads to real success.
From a young age, I absorbed the subtle energies of two vibrant worlds; the warm, spice-filled gatherings of my Sri Lankan family and the soulful, earthy rhythms of the English Midlands — all while growing up as a Londoner. I’ve learned that we can’t mask parts of ourselves to just live the parts we feel accepted for; We must embrace all parts of us to become the powerful, creative, and intuitive selves we were always meant to be. It’s about painting with all of our colours, not just the Pantone colour of the year.
Through Yoga, Reiki, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and what I call Slow Coaching (a body-oriented, somatic approach to inner transformation), I help individuals and teams find their way back to balance. I work with everyone from bartenders to bankers to create spaces where “Argh!” becomes “Ahhh...”. Participants leave feeling lighter and empowered with new tools to catch a cloud home, instead of the tube. Dreamy.
A thriving workplace isn’t just about productivity — it’s about energy, clarity and connection. When we feel good, we work better. When we rewild and strip back the noise and tap into our natural rhythm, we unlock creativity, resilience and true innovation.
If transforming your workplace into an intuitive, creative, kind, thriving and successful community sounds good to you…
Then let’s get Rewilding, People!

I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive and effective environment for everyone. This involves respecting personal boundaries, accommodating the needs of neurodivergent individuals and consideration for larger bodies.
For big groups in small spaces, sessions can be divided into multiple smaller workshops. For example, a group of 60 participants can be split into three separate 2-hour sessions, each accommodating 20 people.
